After a successful career in the Airline industry, Rob has spent over twelve years in Freight Forwarding.  He has extensive experience of the industry, working closely with customers to fulfil their shipping requirements.  His calm and methodical nature make him and asset to our team. It is this very nature that equips him to manage the local youth football team maintaining their position in the first division.  

Rob has the support from his lovely wife and family, including the dog – Charlie.

Paul is a member of the import team who has a wealth of knowledge from working in the industry.  He has transported items from all over the world of all shapes and sizes.

Paul’s ability to listen and communicate effectively comes from Paul’s young family life.  His young children have different demands on his time but patience is always the key.

Joseph worked in the freight industry while he lived in Poland.  He has been living in the UK for over 10 years and he speaks 3 languages. 

He brings new insight and enthusiasm to Isca Forwarding after joining us two years ago and when not at work loves to watch his son play football and spend time walking his dog.

Charlie has been working for Isca Forwarding for 7 years, in that time she has worked in various departments including: import sea freight, export air freight and customs clearances.  

Charlie is currently working part time after having her first son.  She continues to bring her fun and friendly attitude into the work place, while showing the same enthusiasm and passion her father had when he and Jackie started Isca Forwarding.

Max has been working for Isca and Isca Fine Art for many years.  He prides himself on finding the best solution to packing the most challenging and fragile items.

Max was born in Poland where he worked as a carpenter for many years. He now lives in Exeter with his young family and is soon to welcome and new puppy to his family.

“As a new member of Isca Forwarding, I am enjoying working with a close knit team. Meeting our customers on a dialy basis is also a lovely way to feel like a valued member of the Isca Team.”

Toby has recently started with Isca Forwarding, He has quickly shown himself as a team player and enjoys the variety and challenges of working in the freight industry.

Outside of work Toby has twins and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Jackie has spent over 45 years working in the logistics industry and her focus has always been on building a team that enjoy themselves whilst delivering an unrivalled logistics service. 

When she isn’t at work Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and walking the office dog, Poppy.
